Each student in this class was instructed to do a deep dive into two Public Relations cases, create a report, and present to the class. We studied both good and bad cases and discussed our own initiative solutions. This was my favorite report.

Public Relations Case Analysis

Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill

This catastrophic event not only affected the environment; it affected the oil industry and economy and also became a well-known case of "what not to do" in public relations. Studying this case provided a deeper understanding of crisis management and public relations as a whole.
